We’re on the lookout for a passionate Digital & Technology Manager to join our dynamic team.


Purpose of Role:


To manage and schedule digital advertising content via the CMS platform, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring system performance, resolving technical issues, and generating reports to support campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and schedule digital ad content using the CMS platform (this is a software – content management system).
  • Ensure timely uploading and formatting of content from clients and sales teams.
  • Monitor screen functionality and real-time broadcast.
  • Coordinate with vendors, creative agencies, and technical teams.
  • Generate reports for advertising clients and internal use.
  • Oversee system performance and troubleshoot any CMS or playback issues.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and technical performance of all digital advertising hardware and software systems.
  • Ensure maximum uptime and flawless operation of digital screens, addressing technical issues proactively.
  • Implement new technologies and innovative solutions to enhance passenger engagement and advertiser satisfaction.
  • Manage processes with a sustainability perspective, considering their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) impacts, plan and implement company strategies, and encourage teams in this direction.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology, digital broadcast management, CMS system management, content operations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
