At Ounass, we are shaping the future of luxury e-commerce in the region. We are looking for a driven Digital Trading Analyst for Women's fashion to join our Digital Trading team. This role is central to supporting the function that owns the P&L of the business unit and is responsible for setting long-term strategy while coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve commercial goals.
What You’ll Do
As a Digital Trading Analyst, you will:

Support the Head of Digital Trading and Digital Trading Managers in orchestrating tasks and tactical projects across planning, marketing, product, operations, and merchandising.

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance vs. targets and budget—taking accountability for tactical campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.

Provide ad-hoc data analysis and performance reporting to support management decision-making.

Collaborate closely with the Buying and Planning teams, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously optimize the assortment and customer offering.

Facilitate and run weekly trade meetings, ensuring insights, learnings, and tactical plans are delivered across all functions.

Resolve operational disputes where there is a P&L impact, ensuring swift and effective solutions.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

4+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Prior experience in e-commerce or retail with strong digital capabilities is essential.

Proven skills in data analysis, reporting, and delivering impactful presentations.

Strong knowledge of Excel (including pivot tables) and comfort with using data tools to drive insights.

Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
