Digital Technologies – The Digital Technologies Department spearheads intelligent digital transformation and ensures high-quality development across AI, Data Science, Data Management, and Software Development. It manages DWH, Data Lakes, and data governance frameworks to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data availability. The team develops advanced data science models that enable informed commercial and business decision-making. Additionally, it focuses on building scalable software solutions and enforcing governance mechanisms to drive innovation, efficiency, and long-term growth.

BSS & IT Infrastructure – The BSS & IT Department is responsible for formulating IT strategy and ensuring the availability of robust infrastructure and support systems across all business divisions. It manages cloud services, EDN operations, and network security to safeguard business continuity. The department enables smooth day-to-day functioning of critical platforms and applications while driving digital transformation. By aligning technology with business needs, it ensures efficiency, reliability, and innovation across the organization

Information Security – This department builds & implements the governance & Administration of information security measures within Zong, to assist the management to detect, analyze, and respond to cyber security investigations/incidents using a combination of technology solutions and a strong set of processes.

Network Planning: This team drives strategic planning to expand and optimize the wireless network, ensuring alignment with business objectives and future technologies. It forecasts capacity needs, plans expansions, and enhances network coverage, efficiency, and reliability. The team evaluates emerging technologies, develops architecture standards, and optimizes CAPEX/OPEX utilization.

Network Operations Maintenance Center - The NOMC department ensures seamless functioning of Cloud Core and Access Networks, maintaining high availability and performance across nationwide infrastructure. It also supports corporate business teams with solution design, post-sales deployment and 24/7 corporate solutions monitoring & maintenance for Corporate Customers. Through strong coordination and technical leadership, the department safeguards network stability, customer satisfaction, and long-term business continuity.
Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:

Fresh Graduates of Bachelors/ Masters Degree programs of last 1year (2024 / 2025 batch)

Required Specialization: Artificial Intelligence/ Computer Science/ Software/Computer Engineering/ Information security/ IT/ Electrical/ Telecommunication & Networks/ systems/ Mechatronics Engineering/ Robotics

CGPA/Score: Minimum 2.5 CGPA or 70% Marks required

Age: Maximum 26 Years (by Nov 2025)
