Role Overview

Cinqo Holding is hiring a Digital Transformation, AI & Automation Associate to drive group-wide modernization of processes, systems, and decision-making.

This is an execution-led role. The mandate is to identify inefficiencies, redesign workflows, and deploy AI and digital solutions that deliver measurable operational impact.

Core Mandate

Digitally transform Company’s operations by replacing manual and fragmented processes with digital, system-driven workflows; deploying AI solutions that reduce human dependency and improve speed and accuracy; and establishing data discipline, governance, and scalable operating standards.

The objective is control, visibility, and scalability across all group companies.

Key Responsibilities - Digital Transformation

Review and redesign end-to-end workflows across finance, procurement, sales operations, inventory, logistics, HR, and administration. Standardize processes and approval structures across the group, and define and implement digital SOPs, controls, and operating policies.

AI Solutions Deployment

Identify business problems suitable for AI intervention and automation. Design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions aligned with operational realities. Integrate AI tools into existing systems and workflows, ensure reliability, security, explainability, and user adoption, and continuously improve and scale deployed solutions based on performance and feedback.

Systems & Data Enablement

Work with existing ERP, CRM, and business platforms. Integrate systems using APIs, automation tools, or scripting where required. Establish structured data flows, eliminate redundant manual reporting, and build dashboards and automated insights for management decision-making.

Adoption & Governance

Work directly with department heads and operational teams. Drive user adoption through training and practical support, monitor usage and impact, enforce digital policies, and decommission tools or processes that do not deliver measurable value.

Requirements

Must-have:

  • 0–4 years of experience or an exceptional fresh graduate
  • Strong analytical, logical, and process-oriented thinking
  • Hands-on exposure to AI tools, automation platforms, or digital workflows
  • Comfortable working with data and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Able to operate independently and take ownership

Preferred:

  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems (Zoho experience is a strong advantage)
  • Basic scripting or technical problem-solving capability
  • Background in engineering, MIS, computer science, data analytics, or similar fields

Performance Expectations (First 12 Months)

Multiple AI-enabled and digital transformation initiatives deployed across group companies, measurable reduction in manual effort and operational turnaround times, improved data visibility, accuracy, and management control, digital SOPs and standards adopted and enforced, and solutions embedded into daily operations and actively used.

Career Progression

Digital Transformation Manager, Group AI & Systems Lead, or Group Operations & Process Excellence Head. Progression is performance-based.
