Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation specialist to lead and advise on strategic initiatives that leverage technology to improve business processes, customer experience, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions, driving innovation and change within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess current business processes, technologies, and strategies to identify digital transformation opportunities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Lead workshops and consulting sessions with stakeholders to define requirements and design future-state solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend digital technologies (e.g., Cloud, AI/ML, IoT, RPA, CRM/ERP platforms).
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of transformation projects and report on ROI.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital trends and technologies to provide strategic insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of proven experience in digital transformation, management consulting, or technology strategy roles.
  • Strong understanding of core business functions (Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance) and how technology can optimize them.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., in project management, specific cloud platforms, or change management) are advantageous
