Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Change Management Expert
to lead and support organizational change initiatives associated with strategy execution, digital transformation, policy reform, and operational improvement. The role ensures successful adoption of change by aligning people, processes, culture, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with organizational initiatives.

Assess change impacts, readiness, risks, and stakeholder implications across programs and functions.

Design and execute communication, engagement, and training plans to support change adoption.

Work closely with leadership and project teams to embed change management practices into transformation initiatives.

Monitor change effectiveness and adoption metrics, and recommend corrective actions.

Facilitate workshops, leadership alignment sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities.

Support cultural transformation initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

Provide change advisory support to senior management and transformation offices.
Core Requirements
-
10+ years of experience
in change management, organizational development, transformation, or related roles.

Proven experience delivering change initiatives within
government or semi-government environments
.

Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter, Prosci).

Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder change programs.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to operate effectively in environments characterized by ambiguity and rapid change.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Capital, or related fields
.

Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

Experience supporting digital, policy, or national transformation initiatives is a strong advantage.
Technical & Professional Skills
-
Experience developing change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and adoption KPIs.

Familiarity with PMO and transformation governance structures.
-
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
