What This Role Is About

Our client is seeking a Senior HR Manager, based in Riyadh, to lead the HR operations and act as a strong HR business partner to senior stakeholders.

This role focuses on digitising HR operations, leading high-performing HR teams, and supporting the business through change. A key priority will be digitising HR systems and operations, building efficient, scalable, and modern HR processes.

You will work closely with key stakeholders and lead transformation initiatives while ensuring that the HR systems are taken to another level of digitisation.

• Senior-level HR experience with strong business partnering and stakeholder management capability.
• Proven experience leading and developing HR teams.
• Hands-on experience digitising HR systems and HR operations (mandatory).
• Strategic, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in evolving environments.
