Role Purpose
The HR Business Partner at Al Bawani is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with operational
goals to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency. This role partners closely with
operational departments to provide HR support, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive
employee engagement initiatives.
Key Accountabilities Key Activities
1. HR Implementation Planning

3.Talent Management

4.Compliance and Policy Development

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
