Digital Transformation Consultant - 3 months Contract

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant to lead the assessment, design, and implementation of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. The role requires strong experience in organizational assessment, process optimization, and digital strategy , with a key requirement being prior exposure to Gartner frameworks, methodologies, or engagements .

The consultant will work closely with senior stakeholders to assess current-state capabilities, define target operating models, and drive large-scale transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

Assessment & Diagnosis

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of business functions (HR, Finance, Operations, IT, etc.) to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and transformation opportunities
• Evaluate current processes, systems, and organizational structures
• Benchmark capabilities using Gartner frameworks, tools, and best practices

Transformation Strategy & Design

• Define digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Design Target Operating Models (TOM) including:
• Governance frameworks
• Service delivery models (e.g., Shared Services, COEs)
• Process standardization
• Develop business cases, ROI analysis, and investment justification

Process Optimization & Digitalization

• Lead initiatives to:
• Streamline operations
• Automate processes
• Improve service delivery
• Recommend and support implementation of digital tools, HRIS/ERP systems, and automation solutions

Stakeholder Management

• Engage with C-suite, business leaders, and functional heads
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and alignment sessions
• Act as a trusted advisor on transformation initiatives

Program Delivery

• Drive execution of transformation programs end-to-end
• Track KPIs, SLAs, and transformation outcomes
• Ensure change management and adoption across the organization

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred: MBA, Digital Transformation, Strategy, or related field)
• 8+ years of experience in:
• Digital transformation
• Management consulting
• Business transformation / operating model design
• Experience with organizational assessment and process re-engineering
• Arabic Speaker - Required
