Digital Transformation & Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Transformation & Innovation Specialist to drive digital transformation initiatives and support governance, enterprise architecture, and innovation practices in alignment with organizational objectives and national standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital transformation strategy and implementation plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and national IT governance frameworks.
• Monitor and enhance the Digital Transformation Governance Framework.
• Support and oversee digital transformation projects.
• Review technical RFPs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
• Monitor compliance with Digital Government Authority (Qiyas) standards and KPIs.
• Support digital maturity improvement and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Prepare performance and compliance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in digital transformation or related areas.
• 2+ years of experience in digital transformation standards and measurement.
