Your Impact
You will help enable visibility, structure, and momentum across Newmont’s digital and data initiatives. By supporting portfolio reporting, governance hygiene, and delivery coordination, your work will help teams make better decisions and deliver value more effectively across the business.
As part of our team, you will
  • Support tracking and reporting of Data & AI initiatives, including milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Help prepare materials for governance reviews, meetings, and leadership updates
  • Maintain core portfolio artifacts such as decision logs, action trackers, and status reports
  • Assist with basic analysis and data validation to improve transparency and comparability
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather updates and support adoption of standards
  • Learn and apply best practices in digital delivery, governance, and data-driven reporting
Prerequisites for your success in this role
  • Currently pursuing a degree in business, technology, data, analytics, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize information clearly
  • Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI, SQL, or work management tools is a plus
  • Interest in digital transformation, data, and how technology enables business outcomes
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn in a guided, team-based environment

The salary range offered for this role is USD $25.44- 46.25. The salary range is tied to the Colorado market for jobs performed in Colorado. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
