Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Transformation & Enterprise Architecture to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, govern IT processes, and ensure alignment between business strategy and technology capabilities. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, IT governance, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Transformation Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation strategies aligned with business and organizational objectives.
  • Build transformation roadmaps, define enterprise KPIs, and establish performance measurement frameworks.
  • Conduct SWOT analyses and lead innovation initiatives to elevate organizational capability and service quality.
  • Drive enterprise-wide change management and institutional maturity improvements.
  • Enterprise Architecture
  • Assess current-state (As-Is) architecture and design future-state (To-Be) enterprise architectures across business, data, application, and technology domains.
  • Define, maintain, and enforce architecture standards, principles, reference models, and integration guidelines.
  • Build customer journeys, identify gaps, and design improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct architectural reviews and ensure full compliance with EA governance frameworks.
  • Help teams to achieve national or organizational enterprise architecture certifications.
  • IT Governance
  • Develop, implement, and oversee IT governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish decision-making structures, accountability mechanisms, and performance monitoring processes across all IT functions.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and standards, and oversee periodic reviews and updates.
  • Monitor compliance with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, IT service management, and project governance criteria.
  • Process Documentation & Standardization
  • Develop and document IT and business processes, procedures, workflows, and operating guidelines.
  • Maintain a centralized repository for process documents and ensure version control and periodic updates.
  • Ensure processes are clearly communicated, well-structured, and aligned with governance requirements.
  • Facilitate process audits and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise architecture, IT governance, and program/portfolio management.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing IT governance models and process documentation frameworks.
  • Strong command of EA frameworks, project and program methodologies, and PMO standards.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Enterprise Architecture certifications (TOGAF, NORA)
  • Project/Program Management certifications (PMP, PgMP)
  • IT Governance or ITSM certifications (COBIT, ITIL)
