Digital Transformation & Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business needs from different departments and translate them into clear digital requirements.
• Prepare digital gap analysis studies and compare the current state with the target state.
• Participate in evaluating technology solutions and recommend the most suitable options.
• Document digital processes and develop workflow models.
• Coordinate with service providers to ensure systems and platforms integration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis and digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, and BPMN.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RO800.000 - RO1,100.000 per month
