Digital Video Production Specialist
Roles & Responsibilities
- Capture studio-quality video and photographs that follow company, publication, or client’s brand guidelines

Transport, set up, and operate various production equipment including cameras, audio and video recorders, lighting equipment, props, and microphones for location and studio production
- Work with internal and external teams and partners to produce top-notch videos and digital content

Edit and web optimize webinars and virtual conferences

Work closely with design and marketing teams to create still and motion video graphics for via Adobe Creative Suite

Assist Manager of Digital Video and Content with set-up and shooting of in-house video productions
- Operate and maintain proper levels and calibration of cameras, audio and video recorders, and other production equipment

Create and edit social media content by repurposing long-form footage into engaging, bite-sized clips optimized for both vertical and horizontal platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Edit and produce webinar content, including trimming, enhancing audio/visual quality, adding branding elements, and preparing final deliverables for distribution

Improve and correct lighting, color, audio and faulty footage

Assist in the social sharing of the video content / animations
- Some travel will be required for events and production shoots
Qualifications
- A./B.S. in Video Editing and Production, Digital Marketing, or related field

3-5 years of experience in a similar role in creating, producing, and editing video content for digital platforms
Preferred Skills

Excellent video editing and content creation skills
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere and other Adobe Cloud products. Final Cut Pro, DSLR cameras, and sound equipment such as shotgun mics and lavalier mics

Knowledge and a good understanding of motion graphics and digital animation
- Knowledge on proper lighting, sound, typography, photography, and linear editing software and video quality for corporate and social media videos

Experience with greenscreen lighting, producing, and editing

Experience working with audio, voice-over, music, and sound design
- Experience with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn

Able to effectively solve problems, think creatively, make decisions and take action, exercising independent judgment

Excellent time-management skills and works well under pressure with strict deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining a professional and positive attitude
- Great interpersonal, listening and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task and work across several different departments
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds

The position is in the office 5 days per week (until you are trained and comfortable in the role). Once trained this position could transition into a hybrid schedule (3-4 days in office/1-2 days remote).
