Role Overview:

The Digital Workplace Services Engineer supports Otis group B countries strategy by enabling a modern, secure, and efficient digital workplace. The role focuses on telecommunications, PC and hardware/software asset management, and high‑quality support services to allow employees to work securely from anywhere.

On a typical day you will:

• Align workplace services with enterprise strategies and business objectives.
• Ensure compliance, standardization, and full lifecycle management of all workplace assets and services.
• Support and manage relationships with key suppliers; drive service improvements and operational excellence.
• Standardize and support telecommunications operations and products.
• Use and maintain ServiceNow, including the CMDB, following Otis standards.
• Collaborate with global architecture and support teams.
• Provide timely resolution of incidents and service requests within workplace services scope.
• Communicate technical issues clearly and assist in remediation activities.
• Participate in project planning and execution.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

• ITIL certification or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong technical background and relevant experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft collaboration technologies (O365, Exchange, Lync/Skype, Teams).
• English language proficiency.
