Role Overview:
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Analyst to join our team and drive digital marketing campaigns that promote S-VYASA University courses. This role focuses on data-driven lead generation, campaign optimization, and reporting to ensure maximum student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Track and optimize campaigns for lead generation and student enrollment.
• Monitor metrics such as cost per lead (CPL), click-through rate (CTR), conversions, and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with course offerings and enrollment goals.
• Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
• Suggest strategies to improve digital presence and engagement for prospective students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing / performance marketing, preferably in education or consultancy.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
