Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily dining hall operations to ensure seamless, guest-centric service delivery.
• Train, mentor, and guide team members, enforcing adherence to hygiene, uniform, and service standards.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate service expectations, menu updates, and operational goals.
• Ensure dining areas, including floors, tables, washrooms, and fixtures, are consistently clean and well-maintained.
• Verify that table setups, counters, cutlery, and crockery are immaculate and organized; monitor the functionality and cleanliness of equipment such as POS systems, credit card machines, and LCDs.
• Actively engage with guests, promptly address complaints, and implement effective service recovery measures.
• Review shift reports, monitor staff attendance, and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
• Oversee Sunday-specific duties, including cleaning MS platforms and air conditioning filters.
• Ensure proper closing protocols are followed, reporting any issues with photographic documentation.
• Foster a disciplined, professional, and guest-focused work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Intermediate accepted with strong experience).
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience in restaurant dining operations.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality management, guest service, menu planning, and food safety standards.
• Proven experience in team training, performance management, and staff development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) for reporting and scheduling.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
