Position Overview
The Dining Room Manager plays a vital role in supporting The Medallion Club experience by overseeing daily dining operations and ensuring a warm, member‑focused environment. This position upholds club standards through attentive leadership, polished service execution, and a commitment to hospitality excellence.

Essential Responsibilities

Oversee daily dining room operations to ensure a seamless, high‑quality member experience.

Lead, train, and support front‑of‑house staff, promoting a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and excellence.

Maintain high standards of service, safety, cleanliness, and presentation throughout all dining areas.

Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure accurate, timely, and polished food and beverage service.

Manage staff scheduling, floor plans, and service flow to support efficient and consistent operations.

Greet members, address inquiries, and resolve concerns with professionalism and warmth.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.

Qualifications
