The Dining Service Supply Associate is a vital role within the Dining Service team.
As a Dining Service Supply Associate, you will:
- Order food, paper, chemical, and other supplies per procedures
- Track inventory (daily, monthly, annually)
- Maintain stock levels and restock as needed
- Receive, inspect, and store deliveries properly
- Operate delivery vehicle as needed
- Complete other assigned tasks
This position is considered essential.

- High school or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in supply, distribution, or inventory.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs required.
- Proficient with basic computer systems and programs.
- Effective communicator; team-oriented and adaptable.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet University driver eligibility requirement.
- Food Handler’s Permit or ability to obtain upon hire required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Food industry supply, distribution or inventory work experience preferred.
