Responsible for leading Procurement across multiple categories for Tractor Supply Company including Corporate Services (legal, finance and related) as well as all of IT (hardware, software, telecommunications, and related support services.) Will work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders to develop and execute an overarching 3-year strategic sourcing roadmap, while identifying methods to continuously increase the amount of spending under control. This will include strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost reduction and project management activities, in addition to continuously improving and automating all related workflows, as we implement a world class suite of P2P and procurement automation tools.
Experience: A minimum of 8-10 years of focused strategic sourcing and complex negotiation experience in a progressive managerial position with a strong background in IT.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master’s degree is a plus. Any combination of education and experience will be considered.
