Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to manage and execute Direct Assignment (DA) transactions. The role involves end-to-end coordination with internal teams, investors, and rating agencies to ensure timely and compliant execution of DA deals.
Key Responsibilities:

Deal Structuring & Execution
:

Assist in structuring DA transactions in compliance with RBI guidelines.

Coordinate with legal, compliance, operations & credit teams for documentation and approvals.

Liaise with investors (banks, FIs) for deal closure and execution.

Due Diligence & Data Management
:

Prepare and validate loan pools for assignment.
-
Ensure data accuracy and completeness for investor review.
-
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for portfolio readiness.

Documentation & Compliance
:

Review DA agreements, term sheets, and related legal documents.
-
Ensure adherence to RBI norms and internal policies.
-
Maintain audit trails and documentation for regulatory inspections.

Reporting & Monitoring
:

Track cash flows, repayments, and investor reporting post-assignment.

Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for senior management.
-
Monitor performance of assigned pools and flag risks.
Preferred Attributes:

Exposure to co-lending or securitization structures.
-
Familiarity with loan origination and management systems.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field (MBA / CA preferred).

2–5 years of experience in securitization or DA transactions in an NBFC or bank.

Understanding of RBI guidelines on securitization and direct assignment.

Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data validation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
