Direct Care Supervisor
Wayside Young Adult Services - Somerville
Salary Range: $22.00 - $23.00/hour depending on experience + sign-on bonus (half paid after 30 days of employment and half paid after 90 days of employment; pro-rated for part-time).

What You Will Do:- Management: Shift planning and responsible for ensuring all 2nd shift expectations (2PM-10PM) met by all staff. Participation in supervisor's meeting. Provide training for new employees
- Directly supervise youth/residents. Participate in staff meetings. Attend all trainings and maintain necessary certifications.
- Medication administration once MAP certified
- Ensure documentation is complete. Demonstrate full competency in Agency and Program policies and procedures.
- Training in staff meeting. Provide care to youth and offer residents a safe and therapeutic milieu while promoting appropriate social skills.
- Teamwork attitude supporting youth. Build the workplace culture on the shift.

Minimum Requirements:- Valid drivers’ license required - motor vehicle background record checks will be completed.
- High School degree or equivalent required.
- At least 1+ years of supervision experience.
Preferred (not a must):- 1+ years working with Young Adults or homeless populations
- Microsoft Excel intermediate level.
