Role Overview As the Senior Team Lead for Teen Mental Health Services, you will oversee a multidisciplinary team of counselors, case managers, and peer specialists. You’ll drive strategic planning, ensure trauma-informed care practices, and cultivate a collaborative environment that prioritizes client dignity and culturally competent support. This position blends leadership, program development, and direct engagement with youth and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with licensing, ethical, and reporting standards

• Design and implement outreach initiatives focused on teen wellness and prevention

• Evaluate program outcomes and apply data-driven improvements

• Coordinate with schools, families, and community organizations for integrated care

• Address crises with sensitivity, authority, and appropriate de-escalation methods

• Champion equity, inclusion, and advocacy for underserved youth populations

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years of experience in adolescent mental health

• – OR –

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field and a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience

• Demonstrated success in program leadership or organizational management

• Strong understanding of adolescent development, trauma-informed care, and principles of diversity and inclusion

• Excellent communication, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
