We are looking for compassionate and dependable Direct Care Workers to support individuals in a residential setting. In this role, you will assist individuals with daily living activities while helping them build independence, confidence, and meaningful connections in their community.

What You’ll Do

• Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

• Provide supervision and support based on individualized service plans

• Administer medications as trained and authorized

• Document daily activities, behaviors, and progress

• Maintain a clean and safe home environment

• Support individuals with community outings, appointments, and recreational activities

• Respond appropriately to medical or behavioral situations

• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to provide quality care

  
  

Available Shifts

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Scheduling Requirement

Employees must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Shifts may also include holidays depending on scheduling needs.
