We are seeking a kind, experienced caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a male toddler with special healthcare needs in his home. This role is perfect for someone patient, dependable, and passionate about supporting a child’s daily routines in a safe, nurturing environment.

This little boy enjoys toys, toy cars and trucks, the movie Cars, being outside, the sandbox, taking walks, trips to the library, and reading books.

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI

Wage: Up to $25 per hour – based on experience

Schedule: Up to 35 hours per week

8:30am to 4:30pm: Mondays/Thursdays/Fridays

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, nurturing care in a safe and supportive home environment
Perform G-tube feedings/medication administration with confidence and precision.
Other cares may include bathing, dressing, diaper changes/toilet training, and performing household duties related to the care you provide, i.e. cleaning up after meals, doing dishes and cleaning up after activities.
Engage the child in age-appropriate activities/play that support comfort and development
Communicate clearly and effectively with parents and care team members

Qualifications:

Age 18 or older at start of employment
1st Aide/CPR certification preferred
MUST HAVE GTUBE FEEDINGS experience
FEMALE PROVIDERS PREFERRED BY FAMILY
MUST HAVE Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
C.N.A. license preferred but not required
Willing to undergo a background check prior to hire
