What You’ll Do

• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene)

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping

• Support a safe, calm, and comfortable home environment

• Communicate with the client’s family and care team

• Follow the care plan and complete assigned tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HHA, DCW, or PCA

• Dementia care experience required

• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation & current auto insurance

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to pass a background check

• Current TB test

Preferred (but not required):

• HHA and/or DCW certification

• Hoyer lift experience

• Incontinence care experience

• Holiday availability

Shift

• Monday, Thursday & Saturday
• 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
