Job Responsibilities:
-Maintain and optimize the bank’s marketing technology ecosystem (CRM, CMS, automation tools).
-Ensure seamless data flow between marketing platforms and business intelligence systems.
-Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and enhance MarTech solutions.
-Develop and implement automated workflows for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
-Optimize marketing automation platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Target, etc.).
-Support omnichannel campaign execution across EDMs, SMS, WhatsApp Business, etc.
-Manage and update website content via Sitecore CMS to enhance UX and lead capture.
-Support SEO and Google Business initiatives to improve organic search visibility.
-Work with developers and designers to enhance site performance and accessibility.
-Media buying knowledge to evaluate media plans, track KPIs and analyze results of campaigns with recommendations.
-Monitor digital campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
-Implement AI-driven personalization strategies across digital channels.
-Process and track invoices related to digital marketing, MarTech subscriptions, and agency services.
-Ensure proper documentation and approval workflows for marketing-related expenses.
-Monitor budget utilization for digital marketing activities and provide financial reports as needed.
-Support the adoption of Gen AI-powered tools and automation solutions.
-Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration is required.
- Required years of experience from 5 - 7 in the marketing technology, digital marketing, specifically in banking or financial services.
