Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional and experienced Direct Marketing Manager who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position will report directly to the VP of Marketing & Community Relations at our Admin location.

The ideal candidate:

Understand the Credit Union mission, positioning, products and services, and be able to readily communicate the value proposition offered by the Credit Union; Understand and uphold financial industry compliance rules and regulations.
Utilize customer information management and AI modeling to deepen member relationships and grow revenue.
Collaborate with lending team to develop offers and define relevant campaigns; Participate in cross-functional planning meetings and project teams.
Work with vendors responsible for implementing targeted cross-sell campaigns; Direct, review and approve vendor work; Track and report on results.
Direct creative development working with internal partners and external agencies to develop meaningful communications; Review and approve messages.
Collect required creative assets needed to execute each campaign on-time using the latest platform specs; Accurately provide creative specs to graphic designer; Ensure correct creative messages are running at all times.
Track budgets; Review and confirm all vendor invoices related to projects assigned; Follow internal accounting procedures.

A successful candidate will be an approachable team player with a personable and professional demeanor, a desire to learn and driven to achieve outstanding results-accurately and efficiently. We seek a candidate with a college degree from a four-year educational institution and/or five years of similar or related experience. A minimum of three to four years related experience in a credit union, banking, or financial products environment is preferred.
