Job Title: Direct Response Copywriter (Outbound Specialist)
Job Location: Johar Town,Lahore
Shift timings: 6:00PM to 3:00AM (US Market)
We are seeking a Direct Response Copywriter with deep expertise in outbound sales messaging. This is not a brand or creative writing role—it is a conversion-first position focused on driving replies, qualified meetings, and pipeline growth.
You will be responsible for engineering high-performing outbound sequences that cut through crowded inboxes, address real prospect pain points, and generate measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Sequence Strategy & Development
- Multi-Step Sequences: Create and optimize high-converting 3–7 step cold outreach sequences, including initial emails, follow-ups, nurturing flows, and break-up messages.
- Persona & Pain Research: Conduct deep research on ICPs and buyer personas to uncover specific, high-impact pain points, objections, and triggers.
- Re-Engagement Campaigns: Build effective “stay-in-touch” and revival sequences to re-engage cold or inactive leads and maintain long-term brand awareness.
2. Optimization & Testing
- A/B/n Testing: Design and run structured tests on subject lines, hooks, body copy, and CTAs to identify statistically significant winners.
- Revenue-Focused Metrics: Optimize copy to improve Qualified Lead Rate (QLR) and booked meetings—not just opens or clicks.
- Continuous Iteration: Rapidly refine messaging based on real-world performance data.
3. Personalization at Scale & AI Usage
- Hyper-Personalization: Use AI tools and data enrichment to generate personalized opening lines and tailored value propositions at scale.
- Segmentation: Adapt core messaging for different industries, company sizes, and buyer roles to ensure relevance and resonance.
- AI-Assisted Copy: Leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, Jasper, or Copy.ai for research, personalization, and testing—not generic copy.
4. Brand Voice & Message Clarity
- Voice Consistency: Maintain brand voice and tone while keeping outreach natural, conversational, and human.
- Brevity & Clarity: Write concise, scannable copy that respects the prospect’s time and gets to the point quickly.
- Clarity Over Cleverness: Prioritize clear value communication over creative fluff.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Metrics Ownership: Track and analyze key outbound KPIs including Reply Rate (RR), Qualified Lead Rate (QLR), and Positive Sentiment.
- Insight Reporting: Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable insights (e.g., “Pain Point A outperformed Pain Point B by 20%”).
- Feedback Loops: Collaborate with sales and leadership to align messaging with real sales conversations.
Candidate Profile: What We’re Looking For
- Psychology-Driven Copywriter: Strong understanding of buyer psychology—why prospects reply, ignore, or push back.
- Outbound-Savvy: Hands-on experience with cold email, outbound frameworks, and sales-led messaging.
- Tech & Tool Fluency: Comfortable using outbound and AI tools (Clay, Apollo, ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.).
- Test-and-Learn Mindset: Bias toward execution, experimentation, and fast iteration over perfection.
- Proven Results: Ability to show past outbound sequences that generated meetings, opportunities, or revenue.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
