Sell MetLife insurance products directly to individuals and businesses

Identify client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay up-to-date on products and strategies

>> Qualifications:

Previous experience in direct sales (insurance industry is a plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Results-driven and self-motivated

Bachelor's degree is preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
