Direct Sales Agent - Banking

Role Overview

The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting banking products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and understand customer needs to recommend suitable banking products
  • Ensure customer profiles align with the defined target segment
  • Proactively acquire new and prospective customers
  • Collect and verify all required documentation (e.g., identity documents)
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all customer forms and records
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and budget objectives
  • Maintain daily call memos and activity tracking
  • Submit weekly sales activity reports to the Sales Manager
  • Participate in weekly and monthly performance review meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, achievements, and cross-sell referrals
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer them to the Sales Manager
  • Participate in tactical sales and marketing campaigns

Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales (banking sales preferred)
  • Education: Diploma or Graduation Degree (required)

Preferred Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong reporting and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
