Role Overview
The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for identifying customer needs, promoting banking products, and achieving sales targets while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend suitable banking products
- Ensure customer profiles align with the defined target segment
- Proactively acquire new and prospective customers
- Collect and verify all required documentation (e.g., identity documents)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all customer forms and records
- Achieve assigned sales targets and budget objectives
- Maintain daily call memos and activity tracking
- Submit weekly sales activity reports to the Sales Manager
- Participate in weekly and monthly performance review meetings
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, achievements, and cross-sell referrals
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer them to the Sales Manager
- Participate in tactical sales and marketing campaigns
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales (banking sales preferred)
- Education: Diploma or Graduation Degree (required)
