Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Direct Sales Agent to join our retail banking team in Qatar. As a DSA, you will be the primary driver of customer acquisition outside of branch premises, conducting fieldwork across Doha and its suburbs. Your main goal is to promote and sell a range of retail banking products (liabilities, assets, and third-party products) to individuals and small businesses, in strict adherence to Qatar Central Bank (QCB) regulations.

- Achieve monthly sales targets for unsecured and secured lending, including Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Auto Loans, and Mortgage Loans; products often tailored for both Qatari nationals and expatriates.
- Generate leads through door-to-door (D2D) sales, cold calling, networking, referrals, and participating in local promotional events.
- Cross-sell third-party products, such as life and general insurance, with a focus on Sharia-compliant options for Islamic banking customers where applicable.
2. Customer Needs Assessment & Product Presentation
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the customer’s financial goals, then tailor and present the most suitable banking solutions.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, terms, and fee structures, addressing any questions or concerns.
3. Documentation & Strict Compliance (AML/KYC)
- Guide customers through the application process and ensure the collection of all required documentation (QID, salary certificate, bank statements, etc.), keeping files clean to avoid rejections.
- Adhere strictly to the Qatar Central Bank (QCB) regulations, and the Anti-Money Laundering and Combating the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT) Law No. 20 of 2019. Ensure all KYC (Know Your Customer) norms are followed meticulously.
- Maintain complete transparency and integrity in all sales transactions, and promptly report any suspicious activities to the compliance team.
4. Relationship Management & CRM
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and post-onboarding journey.
- Maintain accurate, daily records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the bank’s CRM system.
5. Market Feedback & Professional Development
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and any regulatory changes that may affect the bank's products.
