Direct Sales Agent – SME & B2B

Job Summary:

The Direct Sales Agent – SME & B2B will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by promoting the company’s range of corporate and SME financial products. The role focuses on identifying potential business clients, building strong relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets through direct sales and consultative selling approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new SME and corporate clients to promote Company’s financial solutions (e.g., business loans, asset financing, working capital facilities, leasing products, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business owners, finance managers, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct regular field visits, business meetings, and client presentations to understand financial needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Generate high-quality leads through networking, referrals, cold calls, and market research.
  • Prepare proposals, loan applications, and required documentation in coordination with credit and operations teams.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline tracking, and daily activity reports.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales service and ensure timely follow-up with clients.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in SME, B2B, or corporate financial sales — preferably within banks, financial institutions, or credit companies in Qatar.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of business financing solutions, loan products, and SME market dynamics.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid Qatar ID; Qatar driving license preferred.
  • Professional appearance and ability to represent the company credibly in client-facing roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR8,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
