Job Title: Direct Sales Executive (Jewellery Industry)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Research & Data Collection
- Search and collect data of jewellery shops from Google, Justdial, IndiaMART, and other online directories.
- Maintain an organized database of potential jewellery business leads with accurate contact details.
- Categorize leads based on business size, location, and digital presence level.
- Client Outreach & Appointment Scheduling
- Contact jewellery shop owners via phone, WhatsApp, or email to introduce Brain Star Technologies services.
- Present company offerings such as eCommerce website development, mobile application development, and Instagram marketing.
- Schedule appointments or online meetings between potential clients and the sales/technical team.
- Follow up with interested clients to confirm appointments and ensure smooth communication.
- Product & Service Promotion
- Clearly explain the benefits of taking their jewellery business online through an eCommerce website and mobile app.
- Educate clients on how Instagram marketing can grow their customer base and brand visibility.
- Share company portfolio links, project demos, or success stories during communication.
- Sales Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain a daily log of leads contacted, follow-ups made, and appointments fixed.
- Submit daily and weekly reports to the Sales Manager regarding performance and progress.
- Record customer feedback and objections for process improvement.
- Market Understanding
- Stay updated on market trends in the jewellery and eCommerce industry.
- Identify new potential regions or cities for outreach.
- Suggest marketing strategies based on customer responses and market demand.
- Target Achievement
- Work towards monthly targets for qualified leads, appointments fixed, and sales conversions.
- Support the sales team in closing deals by providing accurate client insights.
Required Skills & Qualities:
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of websites, mobile apps, and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in using Google, Justdial, and IndiaMART for lead research.
- Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
