We are looking for energetic, responsible, and self-driven Direct Sales Executives (DSE) who can manage field operations, customer visits, and premium collections for Kataria Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. You will play a critical role in strengthening customer relationships, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining ground-level operational excellence.

Responsibilities

● Visit customers for insurance premium collection and documentation

● Conduct regular field visits, maintain daily activity reports

● Build strong relationships with existing and new policyholders

● Ensure timely follow-ups for renewals and pending premiums

● Coordinate with internal teams & managers for approvals and updates

● Share live location with reporting managers when required (for areas without a Kataria office)

● Weekly in-person visits to the office or as assigned by management

● Maintain proper records and support documentation as per process

Requirements

● Minimum 1 year of field sales / outdoor work experience

● Strong communication and customer interaction skills

● Comfortable with daily field travel and customer visits

● Ability to work independently and meet collection targets

● Basic understanding of insurance processes (preferred)

● Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual

● Graduate degree (mandatory)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
