Department: Digital Sales - Direct Sales
Reports to: Team Lead
Purpose
To generate new leads from reference and self-sourcing, and to convert leads (both self-generated and company provided) to source maximum policies to achieve given targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Source new business through direct sales channels (self-generated & company leads)
- Achieve sales, revenue & persistency targets
- Conduct customer meetings to explain health insurance products & solutions
- Build long-term customer relationships for repeat & referral business
- Ensure adherence to IRDAI/regulatory norms & internal compliance
- Maintain lead tracker and sales tracker - update calls and visits along with the status
Must Haves
- Good knowledge in Insurance & financial products
- 1–3 years’ experience in BFSI sales - Preferable from Insurance
- Local candidate with strong social network, Willing to do field sales Job
- Excellent communication & relationship skills
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
