Direct Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Direct Channel Sales Manager to drive sales and expand our business through direct engagements with customers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively generate and convert leads through direct customer interactions.
  • Explain product features and benefits clearly to prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead identification to closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development.
  • Experience in financial products (like BFSI or insurance) is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
