As we expand our operations in Qatar, we are hiring an experienced Corporate Sales & Marketing Manager to drive F&B and catering sales growth in the Doha market.
Job Overview
We are looking for a target-oriented professional with hands-on experience in corporate catering, B2B food sales, and F&B marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, driving catering orders, and overseeing online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new corporate, institutional, and catering clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct sales visits, product presentations, and client meetings to generate orders.
- Handle bulk and B2B catering inquiries, ensuring smooth coordination from order to delivery.
- Manage online sales channels and ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and business networking sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in F&B, catering, or hospitality sales.
- Proven success in corporate or catering sales (B2B).
- Strong understanding of F&B market trends in Qatar.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Qatar driving license is mandatory.
- Arabic-speaking candidates or Qatari nationals preferred.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
