Role Direct Sourcing Specialist
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timing: Should be flexible with Rotational/Night Shift.
Experience: 5–10

Education:

• Minimum 15 years of reg ular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3).
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

Skills:

Supplier coordination, Sourcing operations, Spend analysis, Negotiation support, Contract tracking, Excel and reporting, ERP systems, Stakeholder communication, and problem solving.

Responsibilities:

• Execute sourcing events for assigned direct categories, including supplier outreach, bid analysis, and negotiation support.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand material requirements, technical specifications, and service expectations.
• Support supplier evaluation, onboarding documentation, and commercial comparison processes.
• Track purchase-related commitments, delivery schedules, and supply-side issues to support continuity.
• Maintain sourcing records, supplier data, contracts, and pricing documentation in line with governance requirements.
• Analyze spending, pricing trends, and supplier performance to identify savings or improvement opportunities.
