Starting pay is $16 per hour or more based on experience.

If you work weekends an extra dollar an hour!

Evening and overnight shift differential as well.

We are looking for Direct Support Professionals to work in our ISL homes located in St. James.

Are you reliable, friendly, and responsible?

Do you have dependable transportation to and from work?

Can you think on your feet and be a positive influence on the individuals we support?

Direct Support Staff qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Ability to pass a background check

Communication skills written and verbal

Ability to pass CPR 1st Aid and Level one Medication aide training

Basic computer skills

If you have experience and required training we will pay you a bonus after 45 days!

Schedule:

• 8 hour shifts, 6 am - 2 pm, 2 pm - 10 pm, 10 pm - 6 am

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Saint James, MO 65559: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
