Direct Support Professional

$$ It does pay $17.00-$19.00/hour $$. We are GROWING, come grow with us!! We are currently hiring for BOTH our day-time shift that runs 11 AM to 11PM AND night-time shift that runs 11 PM to 11AM AND is a partial sleep shift. The responsibilities of the Direct Support Professional would be as follows: provide supervision and guidance for consumers during skill-building activities, development assist and implement treatment plans for consumers, assist with daily living activities including preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene at bathing and toileting times, develop a rapport with the consumers and cultivate a safe and supportive relationship, assist with accessing the local community and maintaining family communications, and update electronically consumer case notes daily. We currently have 2 homes for elderly women who have developmental disabilities.

No experience is necessary, as we will provide all the training and certification PAID upon hiring.
