Direct Support Professional

Job description:

Direct Support Professional - We are seeking compassionate, team-oriented individuals to provide services for adults with ID/DD and Autism living in their own homes. Staff in these positions will assist the individuals we serve to have as much control as possible over his/her home, provide assistance in various areas including health maintenance, money management, shopping, cooking, ADL skills, socialization, establishing meaningful relationships and community involvement.

Minimum Qualifications –

· High school diploma / GED

· Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

· Acceptable driving record, valid driver’s license and access to an automobile that can be used to transport individuals.

· Acceptable CORI and background fingerprinting check required.

Shifts available:

Full-time – 40 hours per week - Greenfield Office

Sunday through Thursday 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Tuesday through Saturday 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Thursday through Sunday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Monday 8 AM – 4:00 PM

Part-time – 24 hours per week - Turners Falls Office

Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 10/11 through 6/6:30

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.75 - $18.25 per hour
