Show-Me Community Services is a family-owned organization providing Individualized Supported Living (ISL) services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our mission is to provide compassionate, individualized support that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life.

We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for:

• Day Shift: 7a–3p
• Evening Shift: 3p–11p
• Overnight Shift: 11p–7a

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks
• Encourage independence, social engagement, and skill development
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
• Accurately complete documentation and follow care plans
• Support individuals in the community and during activities

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background screening or obtain an exception letter
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to attend orientation and required training during business hours (Tuesday–Friday)
• Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference
