Direct Support Professional

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to young child with mental health/ behavioral issues.
- Support individual in social settings and peer relationships.
- Implement individualized care plans and behavioral support strategies.
- Assist with transferring child from one activity or one environment to the other.

Skills:
- Knowledge of person-centered care principles and practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
