Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Med Techs – Full-Time

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus + Up to $2/hr wage differentials

Farr Residential Care is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with mental health and developmental disabilities. We offer consistent schedules, strong support, and a team-centered environment.

What You’ll Do

• Support residents with daily routines through guidance, cueing, and reminders
• Encourage independence with hygiene, household tasks, and daily activities
• Support appointments, schedules, and structured daily routines
• Build respectful, professional relationships with residents
• Complete daily documentation and progress notes
• Our nursing and Med Tech teams handle medications, allowing DSPs to focus on resident support

Requirements

• Active Home Care Aide (HCA), CNA or NAR
• Ability to pass WA State background check
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred (Not Required at Time of Application)

• CPR/First Aid (training provided)
• Dementia / Mental Health / Developmental Disabilities certifications

Required by First Day of Employment

• Washington State Food Worker Card

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
