Farr Residential Care is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with mental health and developmental disabilities. We offer consistent schedules, strong support, and a team-centered environment.

What You’ll Do
- Support residents with daily routines through guidance, cueing, and reminders
- Encourage independence with hygiene, household tasks, and daily activities
- Support appointments, schedules, and structured daily routines
- Build respectful, professional relationships with residents
- Complete daily documentation and progress notes
- Our nursing and Med Tech teams handle medications, allowing DSPs to focus on resident support
Requirements
- Active Home Care Aide (HCA), CNA or NAR
- Ability to pass WA State background check
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred (Not Required at Time of Application)
- CPR/First Aid (training provided)
- Dementia / Mental Health / Developmental Disabilities certifications
Required by First Day of Employment
- Washington State Food Worker Card
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

- Caregiving: 1 year (Required)
