Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Residential Facility

About the Role

We're hiring caring, reliable Direct Support Professionals to work in a residential setting supporting adults with disabilities. As a DSP, you'll help residents live full, independent lives — assisting with daily activities, personal care, community outings, medication reminders, and creating a safe, positive home environment.

What You'll Do

• Support residents with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, household tasks)
• Assist with medication administration per care plan
• Accompany residents to appointments, activities, and community outings
• Document shift notes and follow individual support plans
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful home environment
• Communicate with team members, family, and case managers as needed

What We're Looking For

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for transporting residents)
• Able to pass a DHS background study
• Reliable, patient, and dependable — this job is about showing up
• Comfortable with personal care tasks
• Prior DSP or caregiving experience a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
