Position: Direct Support Professional/DDD

Primarily we are looking for weekend day shift.

Pay:

$15.50/hour first 90 days

After 90 days, with all certifications up to date and demonstrated dependability, $16.25/hour

Applicant MUST have a valid driver's license.

SHIFTS: Schedule will be based on members' needs.

Weekends

Fri-Sun

1pm-9pm on Friday

Saturday/Sunday from 9am-9pm

Job Description:

• Companionship and conversation
• Monitor behavior and daily activities
• Administration of medication
• Planning and preparing meals
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Goals according to Team Planning
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Accompany members on recreational activities

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be 18 years or older mature individuals
• Must be able to obtain a level one fingerprint clearance card
• Valid AZ Drivers License
• ID, Social Security Card, and/or Birth Certificate
• Reliable transportation
• Experience in group homes are a plus but not required
• High School Diploma

Requirements:

• Obtain an Arizona Fingerprint clearance card (required)
• CPR /First Aid Certification (required)
• Article 9 (required)
• Prevention and Support (required)
• At least 1 year Caregiver experience (required)
• Valid Arizona Driver's License and 39 month drivers record (required)

*Agency willing to assist with obtaining certifications for employment.

This job is in person only - Not remote.
