Position: Director – Corporate Communications

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary professional to lead and develop the Corporate Communications wingof a reputed auditing and advisory firm. The ideal candidate will be an FCA-qualified Chartered Accountant (or equivalent) with at least 20 years of experience in communications, leadership, and brand positioning within the auditing, consulting, or financial sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the Corporate Communications Department, setting the strategic direction for branding, PR, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with business growth and regulatory goals.
- Act as the firm’s official spokesperson, confidently representing the firm at industry events, media interactions, and public forums.
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and corporate presentations to enhance the firm’s visibility and thought leadership.
- Oversee external and internal communications, including client communications, publications, and brand content.
- Manage media relations and ensure brand consistency across digital and print platforms.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
- Mentor and guide the communications and marketing team to deliver high-impact results.
- Uphold professional, ethical, and regulatory standards in all communication efforts.
Qualifications & Experience
- Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) or equivalent qualification (mandatory).
- Minimum 20 years of professional experience, including senior roles in audit, consulting, or communications.
- Proven expertise in public speaking, presentation delivery, and audience engagement.
- Strong experience in brand management, media relations, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; confident communicator capable of addressing large audiences.
- In-depth understanding of the UAE/GCC professional services landscape.
