Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Director Administration to lead and oversee the administrative, operational, and support functions of our Bagh office. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, the ability to manage large teams, and a proven record of running smooth office operations in a corporate or large organizational setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise administrative, facility management, and support staff.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
- Manage office infrastructure, security, fleet, utilities, and maintenance-related activities.
- Liaise with government bodies, local authorities, vendors, and community stakeholders.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
- Lead emergency response, safety planning, and risk mitigation measures.
- Support HR, Finance, and Operations teams in organizational processes.
- Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and operational forecasts.
- Identify gaps in operations and propose improvements for efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of corporate administration, facility operations, and compliance.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick, informed decisions.
- Experience in managing large-scale office operations or multi-department environments.
- Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of progressively responsible experience in administration or operations.
- Prior experience in managing large teams and multi-functional admin roles is essential.
