Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Director & Video Content Creator to lead our video production and visual storytelling initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, directing, filming, and editing engaging video content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, direct, and execute high-quality video productions from concept to delivery.
• Develop creative ideas, storyboards, and visual concepts for marketing and social media content.
• Shoot and edit videos, ensuring high production value and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to deliver compelling video campaigns.
• Manage lighting, camera setup, sound, and post-production editing.
• Stay updated with current video trends, social media styles, and digital storytelling techniques.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high creative standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in video direction, shooting, and editing (minimum 4 years).
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong creative vision and storytelling ability.
• Excellent knowledge of cinematography, sound, and lighting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented mindset.
